Why do you need to see their screen?
Quoted to them word for word. A vague reason is a good reason to say no.

Only ask people who know you. We cannot verify who you are, so the email tells them exactly that, warns them that requests like this are a common scam, and asks them to check with you first if they were not expecting it. Expect them to.
